Dr. Ronen is an expert in fertility and reproduction as well as an Obs&Gyn doctor who graduated from Tel Aviv Medical School.

He is a member of the British Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (MRCOG), a fellow of South Africa's College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FCOG), and belongs to Israel's Society of Obstetrics & Gynecology as well as its Fertility Association.

Dr. Ronen has established 3 In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) units – the IVF unit at Assaf Harofeh Hospital, the IVF unit and sperm bank at Groote Schuur Hospital at Cape Town University, South Africa and lately a state of the art IVF unit in Bucharest Romania, which operates according to the European Union's strictest guidelines.

Over the years, Dr. Ronen has instructed many professionals on the clinical and laboratorial aspects of In Vitro Fertilization. He was the first to envision a private sperm bank in Israel and to carry this vision through.

 Yochai is the Business Director responsible for all the bank's operation, service and marketing endeavors.  Yochai is a former consultant at McKinsey&Co. consulting firm.

Yochai holds an MBA from Kellogg Business School in the US.

Gali is our energetic Client Service Manager. Gali has years of experience working with patients and clients in the medical arena. Gali's advice is one you can always bank on. No one understands better our clients than her.

Our clients are in love with Raya, whose abilities go far beyond her excellent laboratory work , because she has assisted so many of them in choosing a donor in her honest and uncompromising fashion. Not a week goes by without someone stopping by to thank her and show her the sweet baby she helped bring to this world. Around here, we think Raya is part mother to many children who are not even aware of her contribution to their birth.

Dr. Girsch is a senior biologist and embryologist with years of experience in working with sperm and ova.

He serves as the manager of the sperm lab and also works with Israel's leading IVF labs, such as that belonging to Hadassah Ein Karem Hospital.

Dr. Girsch also lectures at a number of institutes of higher education.
